Important information about the registration fee, process, periods, and cancellation policy.

1. Overview of registration process
  1. All teams intending to participate in RCAP 2023 must complete the pre-registration.
  2. Qualified teams will be noticed on 9 Oct 2023
  3. Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment.

3. Pre-Registration (For all teams, 1 – 30 Sept 1 September – 15 October: Pre-registration)

All teams are required to submit the necessary documents for pre-registration. Please refer to individual leagues for the documents required.

Pre-Registration
4. Final Submission (Only for qualified teams, from 10 October 2023)

Qualified teams will be notified by 9 October 2023. The qualified teams need to complete the RCAP2023 final submission. It includes:

  1. The prove of payment if the payment is not made via PayPal.
  2. One Team Photo
  3. Team Description Paper (TDP) for RCJ Secondary / RCAP U19 / University (if not yet submitted during pre-registration)
  4. Team Learning Journal for RCJ Primary / RCAP U12 (if not yet submitted during pre-registration)

No TDPs / Learning Journals are required for all entry leagues under RCAP Education Program.

Final Submission
5. Payment Methods
  • International teams: PayPal
  • Teams from South Korea: Bank Transfer

Teams are required to capture the payment successful notice and submit it together with other documents during the “Final Submission”.

6. Visas and Cancellation Policy
  • Participants from some countries do require a visa for South Korea. An Invitation Letter will be sent to a team member once the team has completed the “Final Submission” and the payment has been received. There will be no exceptions.
  • Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
